Zhen Ding Technology Holding Limited, a global leading PCB manufacturer, reported April 2026 revenue of NT$15,196 million, up 11.83% YoY, reaching a record high for the same period in the company’s history. For January through April 2026, cumulative revenue reached NT$55,924 million, up 4.20% YoY and also marking a record high for the same period. The performance reflects continued expansion in the company’s revenue scale, driven by robust demand for high-end AI applications.
According to Zhen Ding, April revenue continued to benefit from strong demand for AIrelated high-end applications. Revenue from the server/optical segment increased by more than 230% YoY, again reaching a new monthly record. Meanwhile, IC substrate revenue grew by nearly 70% YoY, also achieving a record monthly high. For the first four months of 2026, the combined revenue contribution from the server/optical and IC substrate segments exceeded 20%, underscoring the company’s successful strategic transition from its traditional focus on consumer electronics toward the full AI value chain. Through continuous optimization of its product mix toward higher-end applications, Zhen Ding is steadily advancing its long-term strategy of shifting from a scale-driven model to a value-driven growth framework.
To capture the significant opportunities arising from the AI megatrend, Zhen Ding is advancing both capacity expansion and capital deployment. On April 22, the Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Huai’an Tech City HD Campus, where new HDI/mSAP and HLC facilities will be developed, with the aim of establishing Huai’an as the world’s largest and most technologically advanced PCB manufacturing base. In addition, on April 17, the Board approved a proposal for its subsidiary, Leading Technology, to apply for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Through access to international capital markets, the company aims to accelerate capacity expansion and technological advancement in high-end IC substrates for AI applications, further unlocking the value of its high-growth business segments.
Looking ahead, Zhen Ding stated that, supported by sustained demand for AI computing, growth momentum in both the server/optical and IC substrate segments is expected to increase quarter-by-quarter throughout the year. Leveraging its comprehensive product portfolio and the ramp-up of new high-end capacity across multiple sites, the company expects both revenue scale and profitability to improve concurrently, with overall growth set to outpace historical levels. This is expected to further reinforce Zhen Ding’s leadership position in the global PCB industry.
