STARTEAM GLOBAL Achieves A Score in CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment
May 14, 2026 | STARTEAM GLOBALEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
STARTEAM GLOBAL has achieved an A score in CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA).
The company is delighted to share that it has achieved an A score in CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA), placing it in the highest performance band (76–100%) globally. This recognition reflects STARTEAM GLOBAL’s strong leadership in engaging suppliers on climate action and its commitment to building a more sustainable and responsible supply chain.
What is the CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment?
The CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment measures how effectively organizations work with their suppliers and wider value chains to tackle climate change. It forms part of the annual CDP Climate Change questionnaire and focuses on four key areas: governance, climate-related targets, Scope 3 emissions management, and value chain engagement.
Together, these criteria assess how companies collaborate with suppliers to reduce emissions, improve transparency, and manage climate-related risks. Achieving an A score signals that an organization is taking meaningful and structured action beyond its own operations.
Why This Matters to Customers and Partners
For customers, this achievement provides confidence that sustainability is embedded in how STARTEAM GLOBAL operates and works with its suppliers. Scope 3 emissions, which occur across the value chain, often represent the largest portion of a company’s carbon footprint. Addressing them effectively is essential for credible climate action.
For partners and suppliers, the recognition highlights STARTEAM GLOBAL’s commitment to collaboration, shared accountability, and long-term value creation. The company works closely with its supply chain to support responsible sourcing, clear targets, and continuous improvement.
Looking Ahead
Achieving an A score in CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment is an important milestone for STARTEAM GLOBAL, but it is not the end of the journey. The company will continue strengthening supplier partnerships, improving emissions data quality, and turning climate ambition into action.
STARTEAM GLOBAL is proud of this recognition and grateful to everyone involved who helped make it possible. Together, the company remains focused on creating a positive and lasting impact for its business, partners, and wider society.
