Wistron Corporation is strengthening its collaboration with NVIDIA to jointly advance smart manufacturing through the development of a Factory Brain architecture. As factory data and operational complexity grow, next-generation smart factories must move beyond point automation. They need to evolve toward factory-wide perception, real-time analysfis, and collaborative decision-making. This transformation represents a key direction in Wistron’s smart manufacturing strategy.
Building an Intelligent Factory AI Platform Centered on the Factory Agent Manager
Wistron and NVIDIA are collaborating to build an intelligent factory platform powered by AI agents and digital twins. On the software side, the platform adopts the NVIDIA Factory Operations Blueprint (FOX) as the orchestration framework connecting the Factory Agent Manager and Specialty Operational Agents together with cross-system data, machines and workflows. On the hardware side, the platform leverages NVIDIA accelerated computing industrial-grade edge AI platforms toprovide secure, low-latency real-time data processing and edge inference capabilities.
Through this integrated software and hardware architecture, the platform can connect Operational Agents across different manufacturing and factory operation domains. In addition, Multi-Agent Orchestration mechanisms enable horizontal data collaboration and coordinated analysis, gradually developing cross-system analytics and higher level factory-wide visibility to improve better and faster decision making.
Advancing Smart Factories with Agentic Systems and NemoClaw
The collaboration is currently focused on smart manufacturing, equipment monitoring, anomaly analysis, process optimization, and facility operations. Within this evolving Agentic System, AI Agents can help accelerate anomaly tracing, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization, gradually realizing the vision of a Factory Brain-driven smart factory.
In addition, the AI teams are exploring the integration of NVIDIA NemoClaw and related Agent technologies within factory environments. Through the powerful synergy of NVIDIA AI infrastructure, Agent Blueprints, and Wistron’s manufacturing know-how, Wistron will continue advancing the implementation of this architecture in smart factories and accelerate the practical adoption of AI Agents across factory operations and manufacturing workflows.
