Technica USA is pleased to announce the hiring of Will Gutierrez as Business Development/Account Manager responsible for the West South-Central Territory. Will shall be responsible for all PCBA, Substrate and PCB related sales activities and customer support throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana operating from the state of Texas.
Jason Perry, President of Technica USA stated, “Will brings a diverse background in sales leadership, business development, technical operations, and customer relations to Technica USA. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and creating scalable operational processes across highly technical industries”.
Prior to joining Technica, Will held leadership positions focused on sales growth, market expansion, and operational development. He successfully led initiatives involving customer acquisition, process implementation, team development, and brand growth, while working closely with both technical teams and executive leadership. His experience managing customer-facing operations has strengthened his ability to understand complex customer needs and deliver solution-based results.
In addition to his business leadership experience, Will has developed a strong technical foundation through hands-on experience working within technical and industrial environments. This combination of technical understanding and commercial leadership allows him to effectively bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and customer objectives.
Perry continued, “Will is passionate about building long-term partnerships, expanding market opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions that support customer success. His leadership, technical knowledge, and industry experience will play an important role in advancing our strategic growth initiatives throughout the Southwest territory and across the company.”
