Foxconn Technology Group announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with SHARP Corporation. The two companies will leverage a clear cooperation framework and communication mechanism, combining Foxconn's technological capabilities, global manufacturing, supply chain management, and investment ecosystem built under its "3+3+3" strategy with SHARP's global brand influence, market channels, and customer service network advantages to jointly evaluate investments and other cooperation models, accelerating new business development and market expansion.
Based on the strategic cooperation memorandum signed by both parties, the scope of cooperation covers areas such as AI infrastructure and solutions, energy and ESG-related applications, robotics and intelligent automation systems, next-generation communication technologies, and smart cities. The two parties will jointly develop innovative products and services that meet market demands.

In addition, both parties will evaluate the establishment of a business development cooperation platform for the new business, combining SHARP's brand and market advantages with Foxconn's manufacturing capabilities, supply chain resources, and global partner network to jointly expand business opportunities in the Japanese and global markets and accelerate the launch of the new business.
The collaboration in the field of AI infrastructure, which has attracted market attention, will build upon SHARP's announced AI server business to further explore the promotion of AI server-related products and solutions under the SHARP brand.
