The company is hiring a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. defense, aerospace, and high-reliability electronics market.
In this role , the candidate will generate revenue across Defense & Aerospace OEM and PCB fabricator accounts, serve as the technical liaison between customers and Arlon's engineering team, and build long-term strategic partnerships that support mission-critical programs. It is a hunter-farmer role for someone who can translate material science into customer value, with roughly 50% travel to customers and industry events.
Arlon welcomes experienced engineers and technical professionals from the PCB/PCBA industry ready to step into sales. Requirements: 5+ years in the PCB/PCBA industry; and strong written and verbal communication. Must qualify as a U.S. person per ITAR.
Compensation: Base $105K–$161K, with OTE of $150K–$200K+ and uncapped bonus potential.
