Zhen Ding Technology Group, long committed to cultural development, is supporting the 2026 Taoyuan Art x Technology Festival (TAxT). By taking part in this cross-disciplinary platform that brings together technological expertise and artistic creation, Zhen Ding is focusing on four areas, including promoting technology-and-art education, improving access to culture, enhancing the exhibition experience, and supporting event outreach, to broaden participation in the arts and bring technology and art closer to the public.
Now in its 10th edition, the 2026 TAxT takes “Be Tokens: Reality >>> In Generation” as its theme, exploring the relationship between people and technology in the age of artificial intelligence. Whether it’s an AI server, a smartphone, or any other smart device, printed circuit boards (PCBs) form the foundation that connects and powers them all. For this edition, Zhen Ding is supporting a technology-and-art education program for senior high and vocational school students: cross-disciplinary workshops that combine PCB industry knowledge with interactive technology and artistic creation. Starting with an introduction to PCBs, students turn circuit elements into works of art with their own hands, sparking creative thinking through hands-on practice and broadening their imagination for technological development and innovation.
Zhen Ding is also helping students from under-resourced schools in rural areas attend the festival through dedicated guided tours, lowering the barriers to cultural participation created by geographic and resource gaps and giving more students the chance to experience technology and art firsthand. In addition, Zhen Ding is investing in upgrades to the exhibition space and promotional resources, enhancing the visitor experience and raising the festival’s visibility to encourage broader public engagement with technology and art.
Speaking at the opening press conference of the 2026 TAxT on October 30, Jing-Hsien Hsieh, Vice President of Zhen Ding Technology Group, said that investing in culture is not merely about providing resources, but about leveraging the company's expertise and influence to promote artistic innovation and cultural exchange. As AI and other emerging technologies continue to advance rapidly, PCBs are playing an increasingly important role across a growing range of innovative applications, and Zhen Ding continues to respond to this shift through technological innovation. Technology is Zhen Ding’s core strength, while art offers a rich, diverse means of creative expression and exchange. We believe the value of technology lies not only in driving industry progress, but also in how it can make people’s lives better.
This year’s TAxT runs from October 30 through November 22 at the Chung Yuan Cultural and Creative Park. Zhen Ding hopes more members of the public will visit the exhibition and experience the creative energy where technology and art intersect. Looking ahead, Zhen Ding will continue to champion cross-disciplinary collaboration between technology and culture, making technology a force for human connection, creativity, and cultural engagement.
