HexaTech, Inc. announced the immediate production release of its new 100 mm diameter single crystal aluminum nitride (AlN) substrate product. This milestone achievement directly builds on the three-inch diameter substrate launch announced earlier this year. As the world's leading commercial supplier of single crystal physical vapor transport (PVT)-grown AlN substrates, HexaTech continues to drive an ideal combination of product performance, production scale, and customer value.
