Columbia Tech Names Mark Baker Senior VP of PCBA Operations

Columbia Tech, the product development and contract manufacturing subsidiary of Coghlin Companies Inc., is pleased to announce that Mark Baker has joined the Columbia Tech leadership team as Senior Vice President of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Operations.
Baker brings more than 20 years of printed circuit board and manufacturing operations leadership to the position, including extensive industry-relevant experience at OnCore Manufacturing Services LLC, CTS Electronics Manufacturing, and Solectron. Baker has many notable accomplishments in his past roles including driving 6S and factory floor Lean reconfigurations, achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and associate morale through focused team collaboration, and bringing great expertise to appropriate capital equipment investments for low to medium volume, high-mix work that drives operational efficiency and lower costs for our customers.
