ICF International recently attained new certifications from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems. Certifications were issued to ICF’s Europe and Asia Group, including to ICF Mostra, an ICF International company based in Brussels, Belgium.
ISO 9001: 2008 requires each ICF entity to regularly review and improve its systems and processes, document key business procedures, communicate to and train staff in the entire contract life cycle from business development to project start up through closure, assure conformance to statutory and regulatory requirements, and aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the quality management system.
“Increasingly, public and private sector clients are requesting ISO 9001 certification at multiple stages of engagement,” said Paul Harris, senior vice president for ICF International and division lead for Europe Policy. “Attainment of this internationally recognised certification demonstrates ICF’s commitment to quality and consistency of service and to delivering client satisfaction through continuous improvement.”
“The ISO 9001 certification strengthens our leadership position in strategic communications and reaffirms our dedication to providing clients with products and services that meet or exceed their expectations,” said Patrick Vastenaekels, managing director for ICF Mostra.
