Park Electrochemical Declares Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable August 3, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 2, 2015.
With the payment of this dividend in August, Park will have paid a total of approximately $331 million in dividends, or $16.10 per share, since the beginning of its 2005 fiscal year.
