LACROIX Electronics Named Polish Industry’s Top Employer

Several well - known industrial groups with p remises in Poland gathered to assist the ceremony award during which the Polish Labour & Social Minister, Mr. Władysław Kosiniak - Kamysz, felicitated LACROIX Electronics for its job creation contribution and human resources policy.
LACROIX Electronics obtained the top award in the "Best Employer contest" in the big industrial companies’ category.
"I am very happy that this contest’s 2nd edition aroused so much interest. Actually, nearly 250 companies participated this year. This shows that companies care about their employees, their evolution and the improvement of working conditions" declared Mr. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
The main criteria of this contest are contribution to job creation and quality of social policy implemented in the company. The jury pays attention to increase of employee’s number, application of anti-discrimination measures, age of hired persons, opening up of positions to disabled persons. The parameters safety, hygiene and health at work, as well as the company’s reliability were also considered. In order to encourage the development of these good practices, the Labour Minister relied on a jury that consists of union & work council representatives in order to select the best 19 companies.
By landing this first prize, LACROIX Electronics also distinguishes the commitment of its Polish teams. The LACROIX plant based in Kwidzyn employs more than 1500 employees, has more than 11 production lines, a surface of 12000 m², numerous quality certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS/16949) and a steady growth since its creation in 1999.
