New Year Brings New VisionMaster Website
January 21, 2016 | VisionMasterEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
VisionMaster is the leader in 3D benchtop solder paste inspection and now VisionMaster's updated website is live. To kick off 2016, VisionMaster has totally redesigned its website for customer ease-of-use. Making use of the latest in website experience research and anticipating evolutions in consumer use of technology, VisionMaster's website features novel web design advancements to enable the best possible user experience. In a departure from cookie-cutter sites, VisionMaster's new website is feature- and resource-rich.
The customer-centric highlights of VisionMaster's renewed website are multi-fold, and all serve to increase the efficiency and enjoyability of the customer's interactive experience.
The Homepage: On the homepage, there is an overview video of VisionMaster's lastest SPI system, the fully-automatic A600 in action, which most customers are interested in seeing. The focal point of this video demonstrates the smooth, fast, and precise action of the sensor head. On the right side of the video the SPI system monitor shows the A600 results in action – first, fiducials are automatically found, then, within fractions of a second, multiple fields-of-views are captured and instantaneously height, volume, bridging and numerous other calculations are performed and displayed in VisionMaster's intuitive display.
More information, more-easily found. For VisionMaster owners, the customer-centric knowledge base has been enhanced and expanded. For potential VisionMaster owners, the product descriptions are elaborate. Unlike competitor websites, VisionMaster publishes very detailed specifications for all systems. These are available at the touch of a key, under the individual model tabs, to enable customers to make well-informed, side-by-side comparisons.
The Download Center has VisionMaster's latest software versions and documentation; current customers can update to the latest, feature-rich VisionMaster Software quickly at their own convenience.
Authentic. VisionMaster continues to experience a problem with counterfeit systems, so the website has an Authentication Page enabling customers to verify the systems they believe are authentic VisionMaster SPI Systems. Customers looking to purchase a VisionMaster SPI System can ensure the system they buy is genuine by dealing only with VisionMaster's world-wide network of Authorized Manufacturing Representatives, which can be found on the webpage.
On the go. For busy professionals, VisionMaster's new website uses responsive design, allowing viewers to easily browse web pages from any smart device – phone, tablet, laptop or PC.
While continuing the modern, minimalist layout of VisionMaster's past graphics and brand identity, the new website utilizes the latest long scroll format, which recent data has shown web users prefer, and fading scroll visuals for an understated, aesthetically pleasant experience.
