Sparton to Discuss 2Q FY 2016 Results on February 3

Sparton Corp. will host a conference call with investors and analysts on February 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. CT/11:00 a.m. ET to discuss its fiscal year 2016 second quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.
The company's results for the quarter ending December 31, 2015 will be filed with the SEC no later than February 2, 2016.
