PPI-Time Zero Inc. has acquired New Age EMS Inc., a contract electronics manufacturer based in Attleboro, Massachusetts. While further enhancing PPI-Time Zero’s dedication to an on-going investment strategy, the latest acquisition highlights PPI’s commitment to their customers’ needs. Adding an expanded footprint in the New England territory, the acquisition will complement PPI's robust service offerings as an ISO-9001/AS9100/ISO-13485 certified electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company with locations also in Fairfield, New Jersey and Waynesboro, Virginia.
"This comes at a perfect time and provides a vast range of opportunities for PPI-Time Zero, as well as for New Age EMS’s existing customers," said Joe Litavis, EVP of Sales and Marketing for PPI-Time Zero. "A terrific addition, New Age EMS is a full-service electronics manufacturing services provider of wire and cable assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, higher-level complete box build assemblies and also specializes in rapid deployment/new product introduction. This will continue to open many doors for us with aerospace, defense and medical customers within the region."
Dana Pittman, president and CEO of PPI-Time Zero, also commented, "New Age EMS is a key part of our customer driven strategy of providing the manufacturing services and geographic footprint our customers require. New Age has turnkey capabilities that meet their customers’ requirements from design through complex manufacturing solutions. New Age is also strategically located in the New England marketplace and this was an important factor in our selection process."
Further affirming their new synergies and combined market share, Dan Amiralian, president of New Age EMS, added, "I am excited that New Age EMS has joined the PPI-Time Zero team. There are many tangible benefits that will be experienced by our customers, employees and the broader community in which we conduct business."
