Accurate Circuit Engineering Expands Services with Addition of Assembly
February 23, 2016 | Accurate Circuit Engineering (ACE)Estimated reading time: 1 minute
Accurate Circuit Engineering (ACE) has officially added assembly to their already extensive list of expert PCB services. In an increasingly competitive market ACE understands the need to offer a complete manufacturing solution to their customers.
ACE has always searched for ways to set themselves apart from other PCB manufacturers. Recently they entered into a partnership with an assembly house that holds the same standards and qualifications as ACE. The vetting process was grueling for the Santa Ana based PCB fabricator and many assembly houses could not meet the vigorous requirements their customers had grown accustomed to. “Finding quality assembly houses that are on time and have the acute attention to detail we require was not easy,” remarked General Manager James Hofer. “We finally found one and have been working with them long enough to ensure they have the consistency we demand for our customers. They are very flexible to customer’s needs and demands and work very closely with us to make sure each and every customer receives exactly what they need.”
Accurate Circuit Engineering can now provide customers with full turn-key services including design, bare PCBs, component procurement and assembly in as fast as 3 days. ACE also offers lead-free rework and reballing of BGAs. Their BGA reballing service is capable of handling lot sizes from prototype to pre-production volumes. All types of BGA components including PBGA, CBGA, TBGA, micro BGA and EBGA can be processed and repaired. Many different types of connectors, sockets, PCBs, etc. are also suitable for ACE’s ball attach process as well.
