All Flex Hires Industry Expert Glenn Menear

All Flex, manufacturer of flexible printed circuits and flexible heaters, has hired Glenn Menear to join the applications engineering sales team. Menear has been in the flexible circuit industry in for nearly four decades and is a recognized expert with extensive technical knowledge. As a program manager he will promote All Flex capabilities and provide engineering applications support within the seasoned team of engineers in the sales department.
Menear has held key positions at several manufacturing companies. Prior to joining All Flex he was the Senior Technology Manager at Samtec responsible for identifying the equipment and factory footprint for their flexible circuit capability. Within this role, Glenn provided printed circuit technical and sales support to a wide range of customers in medical and military markets. Menear also owned and managed a consulting firm advising in the areas of flexible circuit processing engineering, general manufacturing, and operations. He has experience with impedance controlled circuitry, new business opportunities, and has a solid technical sales background.
Menear’s previous responsibilities include global sourcing, supply chain management, and product development with a “hands on” approach to support manufacturing with a focus on meeting customer’s needs. Glenn started with the company May 2nd and is working from the Northfield, Minnesota headquarters facility.
