AVX Appoints Director

Myrtle Beach, S.C. — At a recent Board of Directors meeting, AVX Corp. appointed Joseph Stach to its Board of Directors.
Stach received a Ph.D. from Penn State University in electrical engineering and was former chairman, CEO and president of RF Power Products Inc. located in Voorhees, N. J. He fills the Board position vacated by Carroll Campbell, Jr., who recently retired.
