Thai EMS Firm SVI to Set Up Cambodia Subsidiary

Thailand electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider SVI Public Co. Ltd will establish a subsidiary in Cambodia to support its business operations in the region. The subsidiary will focus on electronic product assembly, printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), as well as electronic component sourcing for manufacturing.
The subsidiary's registered capital is THB35 million ($1.04 million at $1=THB33.61), while paid-up capital is THB5 million ($148,744.00).
