East/West Manufacturing Enterprises Earns ISO 9001:2015

East/West Manufacturing Enterprises has been officially recognized by ANAB accredited Advantage International Registrar as meeting the requirements for certification to the latest ISO standard 9001:2015. The 2015 ISO certification requires companies to adhere to a higher level of risk assessment and management engagement than previous ISO standards.
Implementing the new ISO 9001:2015 standard ensures that East/West customer projects will undergo a significant level of rigor in planning, implementation, and quality control. Adherence to the standard also helps East/West measure its customers' satisfaction, and enables East/West to continually improve its processes.
In addition to achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification, East/West is experiencing phenomenal growth and company improvements. Highlights include:
- Record Q3 2017 Revenue increase of over 75% greater than the same period last year
- Seven new customers in the last three months
- Industry-leading Customer Satisfaction Survey results showing a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75
- Updated ESD protection to ANSI S20.20-2014 compliance
- Cloud-based project scheduling and tracking software implementation
