Electrolube Boosts Market Presence in Southwestern USA
January 14, 2019 | ElectrolubeEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
Southwestern US electronics and semiconductor manufacturers are set to benefit from one of the world’s most innovative ranges of electronics manufacturing consumables. The leading distributor of top line electronics and semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment, Southwest Systems Technology, Inc., will be representing Electrolube throughout its areas of operations, providing sales and support for a selected range of Electrolube’s market-leading electro-chemical products.
Headquartered in Dallas and serving the US electronics manufacturing centres of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, as well as key manufacturing sites in Mexico, Southwest Systems Technology, Inc. is primarily a supplier of capital equipment to the electronics industry, offering a broad portfolio, including specialist conformal coating and dispensing equipment. While capital equipment has been Southwest’s core business since its founding back in 1989, the company has also offered consumables to its customers. The company has now decided to widen the scope of its consumables offering with new lines, including high performance conformal coatings and resin encapsulation compounds. Electrolube is the first supplier selected by Southwest to support it in this new market strategy.
Electrolube’s Managing Director, Ron Jakeman, commented: "We have very wide representation throughout the USA, principally through our distribution partners, Midwest Tech Services, Newark – Element 14 and Murray Percival Inc. This latest agreement with Southwest Systems Technology, Inc. clearly increases our presence in important US electronics manufacturing centres while also providing a platform from which we are able to market our product ranges to key investors in manufacturing equipment.
“Southwest Systems Technology, Inc prides itself on its customer-centred approach, the goal of which is to enable the customer to correctly determine the viability of equipment for their specific applications and effectively select real long-term solutions. Electrolube has a well established reputation for its customer-focused approach and has developed long term relations with our customers, based on our ability to solve real problems and provide solutions that increase reliability and performance. I believe this mutual understanding of customer needs will stand us in good stead as we embark on this new venture.”
