Accurate Circuit Engineering Acquires CBT DI from Technica USA

Technica USA reported Accurate Circuit Engineering (ACE) purchased their first Direct Imaging System recently. This technology will be displayed at the upcoming IPC APEX EXPO 2019 in San Diego.
“After careful investigation of the direct imaging technology offered on the market, we decided that the CBT (MLI) Technology along with Technica’s extensive technical experience helps provide our company with the best opportunity for success. The one consistent message we kept getting on the CBT equipment was reliability, best front to back registration in the industry, productivity and consistent results,” James Hofer, general manager of ACE.
“Technica and CBT appreciate the faith that ACE has placed in our two companies. They have made a major investment to stay on the leading edge in technology. We are pleased to have been given the opportunity to work closely with them to ensure they get the full benefit of their investment,” said Frank Medina, president of Technica USA.
“Technica USA is a major supplier of this equipment in the market. They not only know their equipment very well but they are also very knowledgeable about what is necessary when switching the manufacturing process from contact printing to direct imaging,” Hofer concluded.
