In this Real Time with... IPC APEX EXPO 2019 video, Dr. John Mitchell announces the proclamation by the U.S. House of Representatives that January 31 is now "IPC Education Foundation Day", and also introduces the creation of the first IPC Student Chapter. He further discusses scholarships and free training and certification that will be offered to high school students, teachers and select colleges. In a fun twist, the teachers who will receive the $1000 scholarships will be chosen by the students.
