Winland Electronics, Inc. Receives $3.6 Million Purchase Order Extension From XATA Corporation

Winland Electronics, Inc. announced today that XATA Corporation has increased its purchase commitments to Winland by $3.6 million. The $3.6 million increase, which begins in April, 2007 is anticipated to be consumed by the end of September, 2007. Winland manufactures products utilized in XATA's onboard GPS tracking and wireless communications system marketed to the fleet trucking industry.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Lorin Krueger, Winland's CEO, commented, "This represents the third purchase order received since we began working with XATA, and demonstrates the long-term relationship we have successfully forged together. We are pleased to be a key contributor to XATA's long-term growth."
