Hentec Industries was able to surpass previous year’s sales records in 2019, with the assistance of Tom Baro and his 20+ years of sales experience. He has continued to develop and maintain relationships with independent sales representatives like Ron Torenko, from Torenko & Associates. During the 2020 IPC APEX Expo in San Diego, Ron Torenko and his team were named Hentec Industries’ Sales Team of the Year for 2019. Instead of discrete leads, BGAs rely on solder balls on the underside of the package to connect to the PCB. In some advanced designs, solder balls are on both the PCB and the BGA package. In stacked configurations, such as package-on-package (PoP), these solder balls also interconnect multiple packages, enabling higher functionality in a smaller footprint.
