RiverSide Incorporates Three Companies as RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc.

RiverSide Electronics, Ltd., RiverStar, Inc., and RiverBend Electronics, Ltd. announces that the three companies are now operating under a single name and brand, RiverSide Integrated Solutions, Inc. The united identity will allow for simplified communication and more seamless interaction with our customers, suppliers, and other valued stakeholders.
By incorporating the capabilities of the three companies into one, RiverSide Integrated Solutions is a uniquely positioned, advanced contract manufacturing company providing a broad range of robust comprehensive solutions. While staying customer and employee driven, RiverSide Integrated Solutions will provide offerings in Supply Chain Management, Circuit Board Assembly, Electromechanical & Mechanical Assembly, Kitting, Fulfillment, Distribution, and Reverse Logistics.
To define the new identity, RiverSide Integrated Solutions revealed a new company logo and will launch a new website in the coming weeks. The companies’ ownership and employees have not changed and RiverSide Integrated Solutions is maintaining operations at its three existing facilities in Lewiston and Winona, MN.

When asked if they expected labor costs for hourly workers to rise over the next month, manufacturers in the United States, Mexico, and Europe predicted a five percent increase, while manufacturers in Asia predicted a slightly lower four percent increase.
