Dave Wilson, President of Competitive Edge Solutions, stated: “With many years of research and development, NovaCentrix has developed a series of solutions for challenging soldering applications where traditional thermal soldering approaches have failed. Temperature sensitive applications such as flex circuits, photonics, automotive, wearable electronics, sensors and many others will now have a means to get to production in an automated fashion. The time savings using the PulseForge tools/process will become apparent immediately and in the coming years.”
“We are thrilled to be working with David and the team at Competitive Edge Solutions,” said Stan Farnsworth, Chief Marketing Officer at NovaCentrix. “Their extensive experience is impressive and their customer-first philosophy is a great match with our values. We are looking forward to learning about the opportunities they see in the market for our new products.”
NovaCentrix’ PulseForge® Soldering tools enable new types of products in applications like consumer electronics, automotive, and medical wearables. Product innovators and manufacturers can utilize flexible, low-cost substrates and deliver functionality not possible when using conventional ovens and lasers.
