Hon Hai’s Efforts to Create a Friendlier Workplace Environment Were Recognized by the American Ragan Award

The Ragan CSR & DIVERSITY AWARDS awards were held grandly at the Yale Club in New York a few days ago. To this end, Hon Hai has developed a comprehensive service plan for employees with disabilities. , including a top-down promotion mechanism, direct participation of senior leaders, and feedback from people with disabilities in the design of service plans.
