Photo Stencil Names Interim CEO

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. Photo Stencil announced the resignation of CEO Keith Favre, and the appointment of its chief operating officer (COO), Todd Woods, as interim CEO.
Woods has been COO of Photo Stencil since December 2007, with global responsibilities for the company's manufacturing operations in Colo., Malaysia, and Mexico. He has more than 15 years of experience in the PCB and semiconductor industry, most recently at Plexus Corporation, where he rose to the position of director of integration.
Former CEO Keith Favre resigned to pursue other interests. One of Favre's accomplishments as chief executive, stated the Board of Directors, was to build a well-qualified, highly capable management team. Woods and the other members of this team possess a deep understanding of evolving customer needs, and the process and technical capabilities to meet today's requirements and to innovate to satisfy tomorrow's, the company states.
