Reflow Process Control on Display in India
January 31, 2007 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
SAN DIEGO Distributor Mectronics Marketing Services will host KIC at its booth during Componex/ElectronicIndia 2007, February 68 in New Delhi, India. KIC will demonstrate two automatic profiling systems for reflow process control.
KIC plans to exhibit KIC VISION, an automatic profiling system said to eliminate interruptions to production flow, labor and materials expenses, and erroneous measurements associated with manual periodic profiling. The system runs continuously in the background, relying on embedded sensors in the reflow oven and Virtual Profiling software to measure the peak temperature, soak, fit-to-process-window, and other data. The company will also highlight KIC 24/7, which offers automatic profiling of every product, statistical process control (SPC) charting, analysis, documentation, and production traceability.
