LED Technology Developer Moves to Lead-free

ORLANDO, Fla. Lighthouse Technologies Limited upgraded its manufacturing facility to meet the environmental stipulations of the EU RoHS Directive. Lighthouse is now 100% RoHS-ready, as well as ISO 9007 and ISO 14001 certified. The transition to RoHS-compliant manufacturing requires upgrading production facilities and securing a supply of lead free components. A supply chain partnership with international suppliers supports Lighthouse to maintain quality control throughout the design and manufacturing process. A complete review to ensure full RoHS compliance was executed and the company's Environmental Management Systems is working on other international standards and requirements. The company's first fully RoHS-compliant product is the R4 fanless display monitor.
