Ironwood Releases Latest Short-form Catalog

EAGAN, Minn. — Ironwood Electronics recently released its latest short-form catalog, version 19, which contains such products as Ironwood's 0.4-mm-pitch BGA and QFN sockets with 10+ GHz bandwidth and 500,000 insertions.
The main products covered include:
GHz BGA socket with up to 3500 pins and 70-W heat dissipation; GHz QFN socket — down to 0.3-mm pitch; SMT Adapters for QFN devices; GigasnaP SMT package emulation for BGA/QFN; High-density 0.5-mm GHz BGA sockets; Many package/device converters; Prototyping adapters for most package types; and Probing adapters for most package types.For more information on Ironwood products, please visit www.ironwoodelectronics.com.
