Adhesive Transfer Film for Electronic Bonding Available

WINDSOR, Conn. — Scapa North America's Unifilm U800B is an unsupported acrylic adhesive transfer film for end-use applications requiring high temperature resistance. It offers tack and peel balance, and is said to maintain shear properties at temperatures over 200°C. Designed for flexible printed circuits (FPC), LCD assembly and EMI shield bonding, this adhesive is also ideal in high temperature industrial bonding and automotive assembly. This acrylic transfer film is 2.0-mm thick, and adheres well to various metals and plastics, including polyimide, polyester and ABS.
