DEK 2004 Stencil Shipments Approach 75,000
December 31, 1969 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
DEK has reached a record number of stencil shipments for 2004, supplying nearly 75,000 stencil products to customers around the world with manufacturing sites throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
DEK manufactures a range of stencils and screens, including laser-cut, additive, PumpPrint™, electroformed and VectorGuard™ stencils for a variety of applications. The frameless VectorGuard system incorporates user-friendly handling and storage, and is now available with interchangeable PumpPrint™ and electroformed stencils.
Electroformed stencils from DEK are gaining visibility as manufacturers transition to lead-free manufacturing and finer-pitch assemblies. The precision of the Eform stencils and the smooth, trapezoidal aperture sidewalls allow for improved paste release for some of the more challenging lead-free material formulations.
