Asymtek to Present Conformal Coating and Microelectronics Dispensing Workshop

Carlsbad, Calif. — Asymtek, together with fluid suppliers Dow Corning, Dymax, Emerson & Cuming, Henkel Technologies, Humiseal, and Shin-Etsu will present a two-day conformal coating and microelectronics dispensing seminar from April 27 through 28 in Westford, Mass.
The non-commercial workshop will feature presentations and hands-on demonstrations of conformal coating, jetting, and ultra-small dots from both material and equipment perspectives.
On Conformal Coating Day, April 27, learn how to best select, cure and apply coating materials. Day two, April 28, Microelectronics & Assembly Day, will address dispensing processes and material considerations for surface mount adhesive, conductive adhesives and silicones. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of current or planned applications.
