Libra Industries Promotes Director of Finance to CFO; Engineering Supervisor to Manager of Engineering

Mentor, Ohio — Libra Industries has tapped internal staff members to fill two key positions.
Robert Hanzie, formerly director of finance has been promoted to chief financial officer, while James Guynn, formerly engineering supervisor, has been elevated to manager of engineering. These changes are effective immediately.
Hanzie joined Libra Industries as director of finance in 2002 to handle the company's day-to-day financial management. In his new role as chief financial officer, Hanzie will additionally be involved in the company's financial risk management, new business development and client financial management. Hanzie has more than 30 years of professional financial management experience in large and small, as well as public and private institutions.
Guynn has been an employee of Libra Industries for 13 years, beginning as a test engineer. Through the years, he continued his climb through the engineering department as a manufacturing engineer and supervisor, until his recent promotion to manager of engineering. He will be responsible for all process engineering and test engineering in support of Libra's assembly operations as well as overseeing design review for manufacturability and testability of Libra's customers' products. Guynn is also a certified Process Engineer, having earned this designation from the SMTA.
