BP Microsystems to Display Combination Tape/Reel/Laser Product at Productronica 2003
October 21, 2003 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Houston — BP Microsystems will display its "One Stop" product at the Productronica trade show in Munich, Germany, scheduled to take place November 11 to 14, 2003.
The "One Stop" is a combination of high-speed tape-and-reel technology with a part laser marking system. The "One Stop" is used exclusively with BP Microsystems fine pitch automated programming systems. Through the combination of these two technologies, throughput time reportedly is reduced 71 percent when compared to the use of two separate machines to perform the same function.
Also being displayed at Productronica is the entire BP Microsystems 7th Generation product line consisting of the 4700 and 3700MK2 automated programmer, 2700 series production programmer and its 1700 single site engineering programmers. Automated options — New traystacker TS1500, Tube stacker, One-stop also will be featured.
BP Microsystems will be at booth A3.105, part of distributor HT Eurep's booth. The space will be shard with V-tech and Asset Intertech, also represented by HT Eurep.
