Agile Systems Appoints Steedman to Board of Directors

Waterloo, Ontario, Canada — The Board of Directors of Agile Systems has appointed Ralph B. Steedman as president and CEO of the company.
Steedman was most recently president of the drug discovery business unit of Thermo Electron Corp., and prior to that, president & CEO of CRS Robotics Ltd., a publicly traded company involved in advanced automation systems. Steedman has a diverse management background and brings to Agile a successful track record of managing companies in the high technology field.
