Asymtek/Nordson B.V. and Industry Partners to Host Conformal Coating & Dispensing Technology Seminar

Maastricht, The Netherlands — Asymtek/Nordson B.V., together with fluid suppliers Dow Corning, Henkel Loctite, Emerson & Cuming, Heraeus, Lackwerke Peters, Schenectady, and Humiseal are holding an electronics applications dispensing seminar on June 18 and 19.
The two-day seminar and open house will review the most current topics of conformal coating, jetting and ultra-small dots from both material and equipment perspectives. Participants will work directly with the experts to learn how to select, cure and apply materials. Live demonstrations of the processes allow for "real time" observation. Attendees are encouraged to bring samples of current or future applications to the event.
On June 18, Conformal Coating Technology Day will feature the conformal coating process, including its advancements, new requirements and properties. Microelectronics & Assembly Day, June 19, will address jetting, electrically conductive adhesives, chip scale packaging, encapsulation, underfill, flux and die attach.
The seminar begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. BBQ lunch and drinks will be provided on both days. There is no charge for the seminar.
