Richardson Electronics Announces Global Distribution Agreement With Celeritek

LaFox, Ill. -- Richardson Electronics has formed a global distribution agreement with Celeritek.
Under the terms of the agreement, Richardson will operate as the sole worldwide distributor for Celeritek's complete line of RF semiconductor products including amplifiers, gain blocks, MMICs, FETs, switches, LNAs, mixers, laser drivers and a variety of integrated products for use in defense applications, wireless handsets, PDAs, wireless infrastructure and fiberoptic modulator assemblies. Celeritek's broad product portfolio is well positioned to compete in today's key wireless applications and markets. By using Richardson's world-class logistics support network, Celeritek will be able to expand their reach.
