Benchtop ChamberMicroClimate test chamber is a 1.2 ft2 benchtop chamber that is said to test small components and products from a variety of industries. Each chamber reportedly simulates a full range of temperature conditions from -73 degrees C to 190 degrees C. Standard features of the MicroClimate are said to include a programmable controller, RS-232 computer interface and a 2" access port. Networked Automated Programming SystemPS300FC automated programming system is designed to program high-density Flash memory devices at near theoretical minimum times. The system is said to accommodate up to 12 programmers (up to 48 programming sites), and combines FlashCORE programmers with a high-speed handler, which is said to produce a machine designed specifically for Flash memory applications. Lamination PressPatent-pending low profile press reportedly is installed at floor level, which means no pit is required, reducing the cost of installation. With lowest opening just 18" above ground level, the system is said to allow for both ease of inspection and simplified maintenance. Both the hydraulic components and rams reportedly are located outside of the work envelope, eliminating the potential for oil contamination and spills. Cable CutterHCA20 air-operated cable cutter is said to cut cables from 0.010" to 1.25" OD. Most non-ferrous conductors, including copper and aluminum, reportedly can be cut by the HCA20. The unit is said to employ a guillotine-style blade to shear wires and cables. The dual-activation buttons are said to ensure operator safety during the cutting cycle.
