DuPont Photomasks Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2002 Results

Revenue for the quarter was $94.5 million, an increase of 2 percent compared with last year's fourth quarter revenue of $92.8 million, and a 13 percent sequential increase when compared with fiscal 2002's third quarter. During the quarter, revenue from photomasks supporting 180-nanometer and below design rules grew to 46 percent of total revenue. Revenue for fiscal 2002 was $341.9 million, a 16 percent decline from the previous year's record total of $407.9 million.
