AIM Opens UK Office

AIM's European Business Manager, Andrew Clarke, will manage this newest AIM office. Mr. Clarke, who holds a Degree in Business Studies, brings over 21 years of experience in the electronics assembly industry to AIM, having worked as a European Sales Manager for over 12 years and as a Company Director in the soldering industry for 9 years. Offering rapid customer response, a full product line, and solid after-sales technical support, AIM's UK office is poised to support AIM's rapidly expanding customer base in Europe.
NORTHBROOK, Ill. - IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries has announced that Robert Vitas has been named vice president of professional development, responsible for IPC's education and video/computer training departments. He will also oversee registration for IPC conferences, workshops and certification programs, including rework and repair, and training and certification for the IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronics Assembly.
