Fluid Dispenser
December 31, 1969 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
M-620 automated fluid dispenser is designed for dispensing processes such as flip chip and CSP underfill, dam and fill, silver epoxy, IC encapsulation, thermal grease, and lid seal. The system has a linear pump that reportedly delivers accurate, repeatable dispensing regardless of fluid viscosity. It also has the company`s Mass Flow Calibration technology, which is said to maintain a closed-loop dispensing process for accurate dispensing and fully automatic process control. Dual-mode contact and impingement heating with four-channel control offers consistent substrate heating for enhanced flow-out of underfill materials, and automatic pattern helps ensure precise fluid placement and correct orientation of the part to be dispensed.
