Juki Expands in North America, Europe

MORRISVILLE, N.C. - With its acquisition of the Zevatech PCB assembly division now complete, Juki Automation Systems is expanding its North American and European presence by taking over the former`s facilities in North Carolina, California and Switzerland. This is intended to strengthen customer service for new Juki customers as well as existing Zevatech customers.
Juki`s headquarters and training center will be based in Morrisville, N.C., while an additional training facility will operate out of Fremont, Calif. Sales offices will be in Irvine, Calif., and Austin, Texas. In Europe, the company will operate its headquarters from Solothurn, Switzerland. Customers throughout Europe will be serviced from this location and from additional sales offices in the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
Training sessions for customers are said to be held at regular intervals at the company`s Morrisville and Fremont locations, as well as in the Switzerland, Germany and U.K. offices.
"Customer service and training are integral to our success as we expand our global business," said Gary Burroughs, president of Juki Automation Systems. "By maintaining a presence in these key locations, we can stay close to our customers and meet their needs, regardless of their locations."
