Chemcut has been serving for the semiconductor industry in the areas of:
- Wafer Processing: Cu, Titanium /Tungsten (Ti/W) and other Metals Etching
- Dry Film Developing and Stripping;
- Back Etching for Lead Frames (QFN), BGAs and etc.
- Lead Frames and IC Substrates Processing.
