New Panasonic Products for Total Solutions Beyond SMT at SMTAI 2016

Panasonic Factory Solutions Company of America debuts new products for “Total Solutions beyond SMT” in booth #225 at SMTA International, which will be held on September 27–28 in Rosemont, Illinois.
Panasonic will propel its industry-leading role in "Total Solutions beyond SMT"—a continuation from its "Any Mix Any Volume" theme with new equipment, software, and complementary third party offerings.
"Our Total Solutions are at the forefront—and proven to deliver holistic, integrated, single-sourced automation for manufacturers to reduce and offset labor costs, while increasing reliability, quality, and yield," said Mark Ragard, GM of Electronics Assembly Sales, Panasonic Factory Solutions Company of America. The mission of Panasonic’s Total Solutions is for manufacturers to focus on running their business, while Panasonic helps manage their production.
Ragard continued, "It's no secret that the manufacturing cost and skilled labor deficit directly affect North American manufacturer's ability to be competitive and remain sustainable. Our integrated Total Solutions can directly, effectively, and positively defy those challenges and more."
The Panasonic booth will feature a newly introduced labor-saving, high-speed, odd-form and insertion solution (NPM-VF), a new enterprise-level, software solution for tracking and controlling work-in-process, and a new asset maintenance solution named PanaCIM Maintenance, and the newly released PanaCIM Enterprise Edition 10 Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The booth will also highlight connectivity between the company’s latest screen printer (SPG), Koh Young 8030-3 SPI, Panasonic AM100 multifunction mounter, and InoAuto intelligent reel management solution from Inovaxe.
Panasonic is also participating in Global SMT & Packaging’s live panel discussion on The Future of Electronics Factory Automation on September 27, as well as support the industry as the show’s exclusive Premium Platinum Sponsor.
