Indium Corporation Names Sunny Neoh Soon Chye as Assistant Product Manager – ESM Asia

Indium Corporation has hired Sunny Neoh Soon Chye as Assistant Product Manager for Engineered Solders in Asia.

Chye is based at Indium Corporation's Penang Tech Hub in Malaysia and is responsible for developing strategies for the company's engineered solder materials throughout Asia. He will work closely with Indium Corporation's operations and R&D teams to expand the company’s presence in Asia. 

Chye has more than 12 years of engineering experience, and primarily focused on process improvement in the SMT industry. Chye earned his bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from the Universiti Sains Malaysia and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
