Mellow Taps Flex for Manufacture of Smart, Connected Cooking Appliances

Mellow Inc., creator of the smart cooking appliance Mellow, has partnered with Flex to bring its first product to mass production, and to collaborate on the development and production of its future products.
Mellow is a unique IoT connected appliance that takes a legendary cooking method called Sous-Vide (French for under vacuum) to an entirely new level. Mellow is a robotic sous chef that is designed around a busy home cook's day. It combines the technology to make jaw-dropping food with a 30-second setup, an in-app assistant chef and built-in refrigeration, so that you can have your all-star meal ready when you want it.

With approximately 200,000 professionals across 30 countries, Flex provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries and end-markets.
