Company representatives will be available for live demonstrations of Scienscope’s various PCB X-ray inspection systems and X-ray Component Counter.
The X-ray automated component counters offer a fast, reliable solution for counting all standard SMT and TH components, including 7” to 15” reels, ESD bags, cut tape, storage tubes, JEDEC trays (including BGA counting and BGA ball counting). Extremely fast and accurate, the component counting machines are designed to increase productivity by reducing time spent using manual counters, and eliminating errors.
Scienscope offers a variety of cabinet style X-ray systems from the X-Scope 1800 to the X-Spection 6000. All offer the latest state-of-the-art technology including high resolution flat panel image detectors, and micro-focus X-ray source up to 130kV. The X-SPECTION 6000 is Scienscope’s most technologically advanced cabinet style X-ray inspection system and includes a programmable rotating work table. The X-SPECTION 6000 offers the ultimate in flexibility.
In addition to cabinet style X-ray systems, Scienscope offers several fully automated inline AXI systems.
